Privately Owned Vehicles (POV)

Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) are handled under a Global POV Contract (GPC). There is multiple Vehicle Processing Centers located worldwide where military service members can ship and or turn-in for storage their vehicles. Members must follow the guidelines stated in the Shipping Your POV or Storing You POV pamphlet.

The SDDC website has been modified to allow customers to obtain driving directions to Vehicle Processing Centers (VPCs) and other information directly from the American Auto Logistics (AAL) website. The contractors website contains driving directions to the VPCs, vehicle transport status, turn-in requirements, vehicle storage status, storage removal, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
