Determine and analyze IT requirements, develop potential solutions, and acquire hardware and software to support the Agency mission.
Manage and maintain all Agency IT support hardware and software.
Perform application software management and support for the Agency, including acquisition, installation and testing, distribution and maintenance, and inventory control. This function includes development of management support and other application software when required.
Provide user support through consultation, training and other direct methods and through coordination with AMC and SDDC G-6/CIO.
Develop, maintain and manage the Agency’s web presence, and manage and control access to posted data.
Perform IT planning, programming and budgeting for the Agency as a whole.
