Maintenance

For good visibility, repaint markings as needed and replace old signs. Clean light fixtures at least annually, and replace bulbs before burnouts occur. Shrubs, hedges, and trees should be kept trimmed to maintain clear sight distance. A properly designed lot is great and offers many benefits, but a good maintenance plan is necessary to keep it that way.
